The Watauga Skate park is open from 30 minutes after dawn until 30 minutes before dusk. BMX bikes are allowed from 10:00 a.m. - noon and 6:00 p.m. until 30 minutes before dusk. The park is open to in-line skates, skateboards, roller-skates, and BMX bikes.
Texas Law (Chapter 75, Civil Practice and Remedies Code) limits the liability of a municipality that owns, operates, or maintains a facility in which hockey, in-line hockey, skating, in-line skating, roller-skating, skateboarding, or rollerblading are conducted for damages arising directly from such recreational activities
