About Us
The Uptown Theater opened as a movie house in 1942. It continued as such through a couple of name changes until June 2003 when it became no longer feasible for a mom-and-pop organization to make it in the movie industry and the Marble Theater closed its doors.
The Uptown Marble Theater opened as a live entertainment venue in October 2004.
The Uptown Theatre now hosts live music, comedians, variety shows, movies, seminars, events, weddings, birthday parties, kid classes, food and premium drinks.
