Gordon Street Tavern

Gordon Street Tavern
114 N Gordon Street
281-968-7402

As one of Alvin's eldest relics, over 100 years of history lie within the walls of the Gordon Street Tavern. Built circa 1881, it was a stopping post for migrants and traders looking to inherit some of the wealth that this lush town was known for. It was nearly destroyed by a hung economy as a result of the 1924 blizzard. It is now a booming establishment re-birthed around culture, flavor and fun.

We invite you to sit back, relax and enjoy the atmosphere while indulging in one of our acclaimed specialty drinks, a deliciously silky stout or sink you teeth into one of our world famous burgers.
