The purpose for which the organization is formed is to promote, encourage, and advance appreciation of and participation in the Arts for the people of Del Rio, TX, and surrounding areas, by providing education and instruction in all of the art forms including, but not limited to, painting, print making, sculpture, drawing, music, dance, theatre, photography, movie making and handcrafts.
