Mayfest is Fort Worth’s premier family-friendly festival! Encompassing 33 acres along the Trinity River in Trinity Park, Mayfest has a myriad of activities for the whole family in one of the best greenspaces in town. Live music, festival food, carnival rides, bounce houses, FREE children’s activities, petting zoo, performing arts groups, paddleboats, rock-climbing, people-watching, art and gift market, student art contest, and so much more. Come to Mayfest - you’ll have the time of your life!

Entertainment

Mayfest offers a wide-range of entertainment options from live music, visual arts performances, community showcases, demonstrations and exhibits, attraction shows, nature education, carnival rides, petting zoo, pony rides, paintball, and so much more!

Live Music

Mayfest showcases more than 50 local and regional bands playing an array of musical genres from pop, rock and country to jazz, oldies, and bluegrass. More than 90 hours of original and cover live music are played on three stages

Attractions

Mayfest is pleased to showcase a variety of entertaining performances included in the your festival admission. Each show has several performances throughout the day.

Food

Funnel cakes, turkey legs and corn dogs, well, it wouldn’t be a festival without them! Mayfest is proud to support small businesses as they offer unique treats and traditional favorites to our festival guests. Bring your appetite and get ready to experience sweet, savory, and everything in between.

Children's Area

Located in the middle of the festival grounds adjacent to the Dream Park, our Children’s Area is where you will find more than 20 FREE activities geared towards children ages 3-12. Surrounded by a white picket fence, The Children’s Area is easy to find and hard to leave. Under the shade trees young patrons can visit a variety of activities including a chalk house, giant sand pit perfect for digging for treasure, crafts, The Fort Worth Fire Department interactive stations, rock-painting, robots, The Children’s Performing Arts Stage, and many other activities will keep you entertained for hours on end.  It really is a festival within the festival! Make sure you come early though because The Children’s Area closes each night at 7:30 p.m.

Ticket Information:

Tickets are required for entrance into the Mayfest festival each day Friday thru Sunday.

Adults (Ages 13+): $12

Children (Ages 3-12): $7

Senior Citizens (Age 65+): $7

Toddlers (2 And Under): Free
