Come join us for our Annual Murph Event!
One of our favorite events of the year is upon us.
We will kick off the day with the first heat at 9:30 am with food and fellowship to follow the final heat.
Post workout we invite you to hang with us for a bit and celebrate the day. We ask you bring your favorite beverage as well as a dish or snack to share with with group. We will have a crawfish boil and a few refreshments as well!
What exactly is Murph?
Murph is a CrossFit designed "Hero" workout in dedication to Lt. Michael P. Murphy, USN.
who was killed in Afghanistan June 28th, 2005.

For time:
1 mile Run
100 Pull-ups
200 Push-ups
300 Squats
1 mile Run
Partition the pull-ups, push-ups, and squats as needed. Start and finish with a mile run. If you've got a twenty pound vest or body armor, wear it.
Don't let this workout intimidate you. We have plenty of substitutions and scales to help you get through it!
Not interested in doing the workout? That’s ok! It's a great time to get to know some other fellow gym members and enjoy some fellowship along the way.
