10:30 a.m: Jackpot - Cooker's Choice Turn-in
12:00 p.m: IBCA - Vi Chicken Turn-in
1:30 p.m: IBCA- Pork Spare Rib Turn-in
2:30 p.m: J PA check in
3:00 p.m: J PA cooks meeting
3:00 p.m: IBCA - Brisket Turn-in
4:00 p.m: JPA turn in
Awards will be announced immediately following completion of judging (approximately 5:00 p.m.).
Cost:
$140 Entry Fee Per Team Pay entry fee before May 15,2023 to receive a $20 Early Bird Discount.
Cash Awards and Trophies for lst-3rd Place Brisket, Chicken, and Rib Categories.
